As a ⚓️ Newport Harbor basketball alumnus (2021) and a current kinesiology major at Concordia University Irvine, where I assist the Men's Basketball team, I am excited to coach with the Newport Nets and contribute to developing local young players. My coaching experience also includes working with the JV team at Newport Harbor, where I enjoy watching kids improve, understand the game, and have fun playing basketball. Additionally, my internships with the Los Angeles Lakers have provided invaluable experience working alongside basketball legends.

Jonah, a Mission Viejo, California, coach, started his lifelong passion for basketball at age six. He values the travel opportunities basketball has provided, including trips to the Philippines and Taiwan. His dream of playing college basketball came true at Concordia University Irvine, where he also obtained his degree. Beyond playing, basketball has taught him key principles such as respect, accountability, and resilience. Jonah coaches the head Frosh/Soph team at Newport Harbor and is eager to impart his knowledge and love of the game to young players.
